Collect Star Ratings Alongside Every Review
Every RatingWall collection page opens with a simple 1-to-5 star rating before it asks for anything else — so you capture a quick, comparable rating from every customer, whether or not they go on to write or record anything.
Your average rating is calculated automatically and shown on your dashboard Overview page in real time, alongside how many responses you've collected this month and how your rating has trended over the last 30 days.
What's included
A star rating on every request
The public collection page asks for a 1-5 star rating first, before text, voice, or video — takes a customer a second to give.
Average rating on your dashboard
Your Overview page shows your current average rating alongside approved-testimonial count, active walls, and this month's usage.
Ratings shown on the wall
Star ratings display directly on wall cards next to the review, across every layout — Grid, Carousel, Cards, and more.
Full control before anything is public
Every rated response sits in your moderation queue first — approve, reject, or archive it before it ever reaches your Wall of Love.
How it works
1. Customer opens your link
From a WhatsApp message, QR code, or shared link.
2. They tap a star rating
Quick and thumb-friendly, first thing on the page.
3. They add detail (optional)
Text, voice, or video — or they can submit the rating alone.
4. You review and publish
Approved ratings and reviews appear on your Wall of Love together.
Frequently asked questions
Can a customer submit a rating without writing anything?
Yes — the star rating and written/recorded feedback are separate steps, so a rating on its own is still recorded.
Do low ratings get published automatically?
No — every response, regardless of rating, goes into your moderation queue first. Nothing reaches your Wall of Love without your approval.
Where can I see my average rating?
Your dashboard Overview page shows it live, along with a 30-day trend chart of testimonials received.
Does the rating stay attached to the review on the wall?
Yes — the star rating displays on the review card itself wherever it's published.
